These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the commercial transactions carried out through the online store.

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and customers who make purchases through the foryouhome.pt website.

Foryouhome reserves the right to amend these Terms without prior notice, with any changes being published on the website.

2. ACCEPTANCE

Browsing the website and placing orders implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in force on the date of the order.

3. PRODUCTS

Foryouhome endeavours to present product descriptions, images and features as accurately as possible. However, minor variations may occur, particularly in colours, depending on the user’s screen settings.

All products sold comply with the applicable European legislation.

4. PRICES

• Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable legal rate.
• Shipping costs are shown separately before the order is finalised.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error, Foryouhome reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5. ORDER

Orders are placed through the website by correctly completing the form.

Order confirmation is sent by email after payment validation.

6. PAYMENT

The available payment methods are:

• Multibanco
• MB Way
• Bank transfer
• Klarna

Orders not paid within 3 business days will be automatically cancelled.

7. DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the product and are indicated on the respective product page.

The maximum legal delivery period is 30 days, unless expressly stated otherwise for made-to-order products.

If delivery is not possible within the maximum agreed period, the customer may terminate the contract and be refunded.

8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Under Decree-Law No. 24/2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason.

Exceptions:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalised products
• Products manufactured according to the customer’s specifications
• Made-to-order upholstered items

9. RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

• Products must be returned in perfect condition, complete and in the original packaging.
• In the event of a defect, error or transport damage, the customer must contact Foryouhome within a maximum of 48 hours after delivery, sending photographic evidence.

10. INVOICING

The invoice is issued in accordance with legal requirements and sent in digital format or included with the order.

11. LIABILITY

Foryouhome cannot be held liable for delays attributable to carriers, force majeure, or incorrect information provided by the customer.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website is the property of Foryouhome or the respective rights holders and may not be used without prior authorisation.

13. DATA PROTECTION

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.
In the event of a dispute, the court of the district of Paços de Ferreira shall have jurisdiction.
